HOW DO I PAY?
The payment can be made with all major payment cards and is handled by Klarna. The payment will be charged and deducted from your account when the order is dispatched from us. You confirm that the card used is your own, or that you have been specifically authorised by the cardholder to use it. All cardholders are subject to control and verification by the card issuer. If they refuse to verify payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We make every effort to ensure that our website is secure.

WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE?
You will receive a confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, including all shipping and return details and a tracking number. We have a normal delivery time of 3-6 business days. UPS carries out delivery to your home address. Freight 9£ on all orders.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER/DELIVERY ADDRESS??
Once you have placed your order, no changes can be made. If something has gone wrong, contact support.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Assuming the order has not been shipped, we may be able to stop the order. Please contact our support team immediately. If an order has been sent, we cannot cancel the order.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
A confirmation of your order is always sent to the email address you provided. This may be because it has ended up in your junk mailbox. If you have entered the wrong email address, the confirmation will not arrive.

I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE. HOW DO I USE IT?
You activate your discount code before payment. Please note that we cannot add the discount after you have placed your order.

MY DISCOUNT DOES NOT WORK?
This may be due to one of the following:

1. The code is no longer valid.
2. You have misspelled the code, or added a space, etc.
3. You are trying to combine the discount code with other offers.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
After a return has been made, it can take up to 14 days for you to be refunded. Refunds are made to the payment method you chose when you placed your order. 

CAN I PAUSE MY INVOICE IN CASE OF A RETURN?
You can pause your invoice by logging in to Klarna and clicking on report return.
We will update the invoice with the new amount.

CAN I KEEP MY DISCOUNT WHEN EXCHANGING?
When you change your product/size, you place a new order once you have returned it. A refund will then be made to the payment method you chose when you placed your order. To keep any discount, please contact support.

HOW DO I COMPLAIN ABOUT A PRODUCT?
Contact our customer services and include the following in your email:

·       Order number
·       Brief description of the damage or how it occurred/was noticed.
·       Attach pictures of the damage and an overall picture of the product.

There is a size chart on almost every product on the product page. It is located next to where you choose sizes. We have a size guide where you can measure and see what size you should order.

HOW ARE THE SIZES ON YOUR JACKETS?
We have a size chart on almost every apparel product, you can find it on the different product pages next to where you choose a size. In general, on unisex products, we recommend women to choose one size smaller than usual. We have a size guide where you can measure and see what size you should order.
