What happens when I place my order?

Payment is made via Klarna. When the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email, as soon as your order has left our warehouse you will receive a new confirmation. It includes all your shipping and return details and a tracking number.

We have a normal delivery time of 3-6 business days. UPS carries out delivery to your home address. Freight 9£ on all orders, including taxes and customs.

DELIVERY EXCLUSIONS

We only deliver to mainland UK and the Isle of Man. We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, the Scilly Islands, BFPO addresses or postal boxes, these orders will be cancelled and refunded.

How do I pay?
The payment can be made with all major payment cards and is handled by Klarna. The payment will be charged and deducted from your account when the order is dispatched from us.You confirm that the card used is your own, or that you have been specifically authorised by the cardholder to use it. All cardholders are subject to control and verification by the card issuer. If they refuse to verify payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We make every effort to ensure that our website is secure.

When will my parcel arrive?

Can I change my order/delivery address?
Once you have placed your order, no changes can be made. If something has gone wrong, contact support.

Can I cancel my order?
Assuming the order has not been shipped, we may be able to stop the order. Please contact our support team immediately. If an order has been sent, we cannot cancel the order.

Where is my order confirmation?
A confirmation of your order is always sent to the email address you provided. This may be because it has ended up in your junk mailbox. If you have entered the wrong email address, the confirmation will not arrive.

I have a discount code. How do I use it?
You activate your discount code before payment. Please note that we cannot add the discount after you have placed your order.

My discount code does not work?
This may be due to one of the following:

1. the code is no longer valid.

2. you have misspelled the code, or added a space, etc.

3. you are trying to combine the discount code with other offers.

PRICING POLICY

Prices shown on the Site are in pounds and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable (Europe non-EU members like Norway and Switzerland). Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order are accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period. If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated by our currencies, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to change or vary these Terms and Conditions at any time and any revision will supersede these Terms and Conditions.
