Despite having had Tretorn boots for years, couldn't get a fit in this boot - 44 hopelessly loose at the heel, 43 crushingly narrow. Ordering is not helped by the inexplicable absence of footbed width in the sizing information.

Although customer service improved, I think because of my irritated feedback perhaps, the response time of up to 3 working days is grossly inadequate and compounded by the lack of a telephone option.

Unfortunately, the first and only time I wore them, my entire shins were rubbed raw by the elastic waistband. I would like to return them, but they are already worn. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them, although I am normally very impressed with the brand and quality.

Comfortable and warm shoes. I find it particularly pleasant that you can easily step into them because the shaft is so stable. Great quality!
